A beautiful vintage Italian Wooden Inlaid Marquetry Music Box Side Table. The table features intricate woodwork inlay and curved or cabriole legs. The table is 43cm (16.9“) tall with a length of 37cm (14.6“) and a width of 27cm (10.6“). The inside of the table, accessed by lifting the lid, has five storage compartments and, as the lid is opened the music box plays the tune Santa Lucia. The table is in good vintage condition. There is some slight damage to one of the corners that can be seen in the last photograph and there is some slight age related wear to the table in general. We do not have a key for the lock. A beautiful table with stacks of charm and loads of life left in it. The table is marked Hand Inlaid Made In Italy And Reuge Swiss Musical Movement on the base. Please note that the legs will be removed from the table for shipping, these are easily screwed back on.
