In excellent condition! The previous owner left the plastic on. Extremely well preserved. No issues. No smells. The plastic is a tad dusty. Black velvet border accents with glittery gold scroll detailing design. Fabric is White. The top diameter is 12 inches in the bottom diameter is 14 inches. It is 16 inches tall.
