A 1724 edition, printed for Richard Ware by John Baskett publishers, Oxford. The antiquarian leather boards have some edge wear, rubbing and marks, and boards are slightly splayed. There are 5 raised bands to the spine. The hinges and joints are holding fairly firmly and the text block binding is firm with no loose pages. The leaves have edge wear and toning, and some early gatherings have loss (see photos) but are overall in good condition considering their age. Featuring excellent illustrations throughout.
