with an 11th generation i3-1115G4 CPU was used for a little over a year as a dedicated WFH videoconferencing and streaming PC. It has 8GB (2x 4GB) of Crucial RAM and a freshly formatted and tested Lite-On 256GB mSATA SSD.
The SSD sits in the secondary mSATA slot since the M.2 B+M primary slot is occupied by a Magewell Eco Dual HDMI capture card, providing a 2K resolution HDMI input on the front of the unit, with the option for a second identical input via the separate purchase of a second input cable (not included) and a little modding of the case.
A third card slot exits for M.2 A+E and is currently empty and unoccupied, but can be used for wifi or another SSD with an adapter (
wifi card, 2nd SSD, and adapter are not included in this listing).
This industrial miniPC came with 2 fans installed. One was loud and not necessary, so I removed it, but I will include should the next owner need it.
The Seneca Element is about the same size as the mid-size Intel NUC models such as the Skull Canyon or Hades Canyon models. This differs from the Intel units since the PSU is built-in to the Seneca, thus it only needs a simple IEC 320 C5 power cord instead of the bulky external power supply that the NUC requires. This comes with one IEC power cord as well as a VESA monitor bracket. It also has two Intel NIC interfaces, so it is easy to load PFsense, OPNsense, or go crazy with Proxmox. Lastly, there is a Windows 10 IoT registration on the base, so the next owner can run that out of the gate, or install whatever OS they like on the erased drive.
