Break the game cycle with the help of neighboring stones and make your way to the target field through tactically clever lane changes. Who will reach the center of the board first with their scoring piece?
Samsara is by Thomas Weber.
In Indian Sanskrit, Samsara means “constant wandering” and represents the eternal cycle, the wheel of life.
The Samsara game board also shows a circular path, represented by two tracks or 24 double fields. These fields are sometimes round and sometimes square. The outer lane leads to the target field.
Since every player is allowed to move with all of the game pieces, you can thwart your partner's plans by cleverly drawing the numbers rolled, and perhaps even move a player's piece that you already thought was safely at the target to your own side.
Recognizing your own possibilities and tactically clever lane changes are what makes Samsara so attractive. The winner is the player who first reaches the middle with his scoring stone.
