BIO:
Thank you so much for stopping by. My name is Gabriele Liedtke. I'm a fine artist and children’s book author/illustrator, currently residing in Southern California. I have worked as a portrait artist on commission (from photographs and live sittings), but also as a graphic designer and illustrator and have been selling my original artworks for over 20 years. Over this time I have portrait many celebrities as well as created many floral, landscape, architectural and now abstract paintings. My art is exhibited occasionally in Laguna Beach, CA, displayed in various galleries around Southern California and many private collections in the US, Germany, UK and Australia.
Fascinated by the imagination of children I became a children’s book author/illustrator early on. You will find many children’s books on Amazon and other book publishing sites/stores that are illustrated and/or written by me. Some of my paintings on ebay will be fantasy related and created with children in mind.
As a wildlife conservationist at heart and a member of Greenpeace and other environmentally conscious organizations for many years, I have set out to capture the beauty of this earth through my art and actions. I always hope to inspire others to help preserve this planet.

Shipping Details:
All my paintings are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS, Monday - Friday. ACEOS are enclosed in a protective sleeve and packed between rigid cardboard. Paintings on un-stretched canvas will be rolled and send in a tube. Stretched canvas paintings are shipped in a box. All artwork is shipped unframed unless otherwise indicated.
