This piece is part of the Repousse (Sterling, 1828) collection by Kirk Stieff

It is marked S Kirk and son and then I can’t make out what it says after that and then there is a space that says 925 after it and then the number is 399C.  Please look at Pictures to confirm   There is an engraved spot on the backside of the handle   -weighs 31 grams
