FIRST CLASS CUSTOMS Conversion / Upfitter standard warranty for the original purchaser of new vehicles its conversion workmanship and its materials shall be free of substantial defects in material and workmanship attributable for normal use and service. The warranty period is for a period of one: (3) year or (36,000) miles, whichever occurs first, for the conversion, (1) year for audio components). WARRANTY PERFORMANCE: Warrantor will repair or replace, at our option, any defective part covered under this warranty, free of charge to the owner. Owner shall bear all expenses arising out of or relating to transporting the product to the appropriate Warranty Service location. Warrantor reserves the right to change the parts and designs of its products without notice with no obligation to make corresponding changes to previously manufactured products. Manufacturers’ standard warranty is also applicable to the vehicle itself, typically a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Mercedes-Benz Warranty information can be viewed at MY20_MB_Warranty_Booklet.pdf

Certified per-owned First Class Customs vehicles may be covered by a (1) year warranty terms as specified above. Please refer to each listing for details if such applies. The balance of an existing manufacturer’s warranty may also be available and noted in the listing. If unsure, please inquire before bidding.
