2. If the existing operating system of your SSD is MAC OS, and you want to use it on a Windows computer, then connect the SSD enclosure to a Windows computer, and use the diskpart utility to format the drive for Windows OS.

3. When using the SSD enclosure, please do not connect it to the front USB slots of the desktop, and do not connect it to the USB slots on the computer that are closest to the keyboard or mouse interfaces, because they are used for low-power devices such as USB Flash drives, keyboard, mouse etc.

4, If the SSD enclosure connection is not recognised in a USB 3.0 slot, or is recognised but not working properly, then you can try to connect to the USB 2.0 slot to reduce the speed and power consumption.

5. Do not move the SSD enclosure when in use, otherwise it will cause data damage or damage your SSD.
