In an effort to be more sustainable, your item may arrive in a non-USPS shipping box we’ve recycled from other deliveries or purchases.

99.9% of the items we sell on the eBay platform are purchased 2nd hand.  Although we clean all our products prior to posting, items may have been subject to a non-pet/non-smoke free environment.

We go to great lengths to ensure items arrive safely, including insuring all of our shipments via USPS.  If any of your items arrives damaged, buyers agree to provide clear photos of the item damage and its packaging in order for sellers to process a claim.  Until the claim is resolved, buyer agrees to retain the mailing box; including any damaged items, the wrappings, packaging, and any contents that were received to present to local post office for inspection if specifically requested by USPS.
