Summit Polished 4 Barrel Carburetor. Please view photos. I do not know the size of the carb. It came in a Holley box so it's possible that someone bought a Holley carb with the same specs and put the Summit carb in the Holley box. Anyhow, what you see in the photos is what you are buying. That is all I know.
