Brand new, factory sealed package, both figure and card look excellent to me.  But please see photos to personally judge condition before purchasing.  

I purchased this item, new, in 1991 and it's been stored ever since in a non-smoking, pet free, climate controlled environment.  I'll do my best to pack well and ship promptly after purchase.
