Includes control head, not sure how these items work, but I believe the USB plugs into the mini USB port and that’s how it works so there’s a reset button and on and off switch and a slick a little screw in the bottom that I took a picture of that would hold it to some kind of holder. There’s also a plug that says FM I’m unsure of what that’s for untested sold as is.
