Antique Victorian Hand Painted Feather Hand Fan Floral Pink Wood Handle 15.5"

This fan came to me from a local central NY estate. It's got flowers painted on both the front and back. It looks old but I don't know it's exact date. It would be lovely framed or displayed on a table. 

Stand not included. There is general vintage wear throughout. The top edge of the feathers shows wear and splitting. It's still usable and works quite well. Please see pictures for condition detail.
