Item was only used for a couple of parties at our house. It is basically in new condition, we never ended up even using the glass cover so all of that is perfect. I even added labels to it to remind you what temperatures are ideal for cooking the hotdogs and keeping them warm without burning them. I also have the original box that it came in.
