Medium: Antique hand pulled copper plate etching on laid paper after the original by master etcher Amand Durand (1831 - 1905).
Year: 1880 (This print is from the 1800's it is NOT a modern print.)

Framing: This piece has been professionally matted and framed using all new materials.
Additional notes:
This is not a modern print. This impression is more than 135 years old. The strike is crisp and the lines are sharp.This master etching also has Amand Durand's stamp on the reverse which can be referenced by Lugt. 2934. Most of the original Durand prints from the 1800's do not have the Lugt stamp on the reverse which makes this a rarity.
