This is a Metz Mamiya SCA 3951 Adapter.  This adapter is designed for the Mamiya AF Cameras.

This Metz adapter for Mamiya is in excellent condition and shows no signs of use. It is in its original packaging. We did open it to test and photograph it. This adapter is working as it should.
