Used in CNC turning centers and live tooling turrets, the Eppinger PRECI-FLEX 32 system is a modular quick-change tooling platform built around the ER32 collet pocket interface. This lot includes the PRECI-FLEX 32 base holder, a shell mill arbor adapter (part number 3207-0237), a Weldon shank adapter (part number 3203-0107), three collet chuck adapters, the dedicated ER32 spanner wrench, a Wiha T-handle hex key, mounting hardware, and the original Eppinger carry case. The PRECI-FLEX 32 cone-face interface uses a taper and flat planar contact design to provide repeatability within 10 microns for each adapter changeover, allowing pre-set tools to be exchanged at the machine without re-indicating. Adapters are interchangeable among fixed and driven base holders using the same PRECI-FLEX 32 interface size. The shell mill arbor adapter accommodates DIN 6358 shell mills via transverse drive, while the Weldon adapter uses a set-screw side-lock configuration for end mills and drills with flat shanks. The base holder spindle interface taper is not labeled on visible nameplates and requires buyer verification prior to purchase. All components are manufactured by ESA Eppinger GmbH, Denkendorf, Germany. The carry case shows wear consistent with shop use.
