This is a vintage children’s game for ages 5 to 10 2 to 4 players.

There are only two sandwich plates included -originally with four some of the cards show wear but appear to have a complete set of bread, peanut butter and jelly pieces. See all photos for details.

The box lid has the instructions and the component holders are included along with the original Unique dice.
