The courier's delivery times are those indicated in the advertisement, on average between 24 and 48 hours, with delays during holidays, summer periods and areas that are difficult to reach. If you do not receive the package within 3 working days, please contact us. We do not have the possibility to verify any stocks.

We ship all over the world using top quality, food-specific packaging.
THE FOLLOWING MATERIALS ARE USED IN THE WAREHOUSE:
- Bubble wrap: To protect all delicate items such as glass ones, and as a final protection to make the packaging soft and shock-proof
-Extensible: To wrap the entire package and protect it from possible atmospheric agents
-Food polystyrene cellars: Created specifically for the transport of food. Used to enclose delicate items but also fresh goods such as mozzarella, cheeses and pastry items
-Cartons and tape to pack non-perishable and less fragile items.
As regards shipments of fresh products, the product is sent directly from the producer a few hours after production, therefore in the morning.
Fresh cheeses such as buffalo mozzarella and other types of cheese travel together with the preserving liquid. Enclosed in double food bags, enclosed inside the aforementioned polystyrene cellars and accompanied by blocks of synthetic ice.
***IN HOT PERIODS ALL PERISHABLE ITEMS ARE ACCOMPANIED BY ICE GEL TO MAINTAIN THE TEMPERATURE***
These products are shipped by express courier with delivery within 24 hours throughout Italy and in some areas, it can also deliver within 48 hours.
In Europe 48/72 hours.
For shipments to NON-European countries where transit times exceed 72 hours we only ship NON-perishable items such as pasta, coffee, flour, peeled tomatoes, preserves etc....
