This is a limited edition item sold at the AKIRA TORIYAMA EXHIBITION.
It is a very rare item, as it is not sold on Mercari.

It has a few bends and fading, but the inside is unused and has no creases, so I think it is relatively clean.

However, it is an old item, so please refrain from buying if you are nervous!
