All vehicles have to be picked up by the winners or a qualified shipper by their choice. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our lot. All shipping arrangements are provided and referred by us as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with us.

Please, expect POSSIBLE little scratches, bug or rock marks, tiny dents or dings, paint and interior wear when purchasing a used vehicle. During normal usage of the vehicle on either the highway or city, this wear is unavoidable. Please understand that you are purchasing a previously owned vehicle, which will have wear, so again, please refer to the pictures posted and if possible, make an appointment to inspect the vehicle yourself. Please be certain of your decision to complete the transaction before you place a bid.

We reserve the right to cancel bids if we do not feel comfortable with feedback history, comments, length of time account established or a prior unpleasant experience. We reserve the right to end any listing at any time if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

Fees and Taxes

A nonrefundable $500 deposit via PayPal is due within 24 hours of purchase. By backing out of the deal you willingly forfeit the deposit. The balance is due by cash or other certified payment methods listed below within 5 business days unless prior arrangements have been made with us.

*PayPal account is required to bid on our items as a verification of your identity and to prevent "dead bids" and fraud, but not as a full payment method.

 

A $25/day storage fee may occur after 1 week (7 days) of free storage, that is given under one condition only - the vehicle must be paid in full in a timely manner (within 5 business days of the end of the auction).


A processing fee in the amount of $399 will be added to the total winning bid of each transaction to cover documents preparation, listing and maintenance fees. This fee is non-negotiable and applies to ALL BUYERS, including dealers.

Temporary Transit Tags are available for $120, which will provide a valid registration in all states for 60 days.

All the buyers are required to have their valid driver's license and valid proof of insurance upon picking up the vehicle, unless it's being shipped.
