This card is in near mint or better condition, can't promise a "10" as I'm not a professional grader. Shipping options are depending on the card purchased, anything under $20 will be in a standard envelope in between card stock. Any cards over $20 will be in a bubble mailer/ box and packaged appropriately to not get damaged.
