The "PWR" light steadily blinks green at approximately 1-second intervals when powered on without an Ethernet connection so Power Tested / Boots Successfully. This is SOLD AS IS.
Note that the box P/N does not match the P/N number on the device. However, the box S/N matches the device S/N.
