Reciever powers on but shortly after goes in to protection mode. The small red light blinks repeatedly after it shuts down. Its cosmetic condition is fair. It does Not include a remote controll.  It does have some scratches, small dents and other signs of wear youd expect from a used unit. Please see all images for best cosmetic condition. Thank you
