This is a steel split rivet that has a Black Finish, (LOT OF 50) for vintage and antique trunks.  Works great to restore Trunks to original look.The Rivet can be used when the combined thickness of the wood and hardware is 3/8’’ or slightly thicker. This will allow the prongs to be bent over, securing your hardware.
