Shipping to a commercial zoned business address with a forklift and/or loading dock, or to your local freight terminal, will be $200.
**Please note that any additional delivery services, such as liftgate assistance, appointment delivery, inside delivery, residential delivery, limited access, delivery to a school, etc will incur extra charges.
These additional fees will be collected via Square prior to booking the freight pickup.
If shipping to a business address, please provide the business name and indicate if there will be a forklift or loading dock available.
For residential deliveries, please let us know if you require liftgate service, which incurs an additional charge of $100 extra each. Liftgate service means that the freight carrier will use a liftgate to lower the item to ground level during delivery. This is especially helpful if the delivery location does not have a loading dock or forklift available.

If your item arrives damaged or does not match the listing description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right. All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Return shipping is covered only when the issue is due to our error. Serial numbers and unique identifiers are recorded for fraud prevention.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to discretionary returns. We do not offer direct exchanges; a new order must be placed after the refund.
