Originally issued in 1984 on I.R.S. Records as the band's second compilation, Bad Music for Bad People brings together eleven tracks from the Cramps' early days, featuring songs from singles and album cuts released between 1978 and 1981. Although the album was released during a challenging time in the band's relationship with I.R.S., the music itself has stood the test of time. Now, it's available again as RSD Essential #083 on Capitol Records, beautifully pressed on limited-edition "Goo Goo Muck" green vinyl.
