Return policy:
We allow to return item after 30 days of expected delivery date but we should be notified within 14 days of expected delivery date if there is any issue with the item. Items to be returned should be returned in their original packaging for a full refund. We have the right to partial refund if the item has missing parts or packaging. Buyer should pay for the return postage. We provide paid return label only if there is any manufacturing fault in the item or it is delivered damaged. Paid return labels will not be provided if the buyer changes the mind.
Unwanted Goods:
If your goods are no longer wanted, you can return them within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Please ensure the goods are unopened are returned in their original packaging. The cost you will incur is the postage cost for the return of the item and the original postage cost for sending the item out. Please contact us for return instructions.
Wrong / Faulty / Damaged Goods:
We aim to maintain high quality products, however if you do receive a product that is wrong, faulty or damaged please contact us for return instructions. Products will be replaced or refunded once received. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging.
Items ordered in error:
If an order is placed in error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will happily exchange the product for the correct product and refund the difference where applicable. Please note you may incur additional shipping costs in some circumstances.
Order Cancellation:
If you have placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel the order, we require you to contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been prepared for shipment. You may incur a postage cost for the return of the item and the original postage cost for sending the item out.
Incorrect Address:
When you place an order, it is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct. Please make sure the address is correct prior to ordering. If the shipping address provided is missing key details such as the house number or street name, we are unable to process a refund or replace your order. Please ensure you check your address carefully before confirming your order.
Dispatch time:
We dispatch the orders in 1 working day. Orders placed before 10am will be dispatched same day. We dispatch order Monday to Friday (excl. bank holidays). For next day delivery buyer can select the option at the checkout with an extra charge.
