Please be aware that we are not offering any extended warranty and any claims after 30 days would be done through that plan.

• We expect payment within two (2) calendar days of the items sold date.
• Non-paying Bidder Cases are automatically opened after 2 days of non-payment. Once another 2 days have passed the case is automatically closed in our favor and non-payment will be recorded on the buyers account.
• Your order will ship by its due date, which is 2 business from the date of purchase. 

• If you have multiple orders pending payment and would like a shipping discount please email us 1st and wait for us to send you an invoice that will have the reflected discount on it.
• Orders are shipped in order of date payment is received. 
• We package our items with care. 
• Some new items may come in the original box only. If you want it double boxed include that in the message at time of sale. 
• If you are a buyer that plans on sending your order(s) to another country after delivery in the United States was made, then you must check the items before sending them out of the country. Refunds in any amount will not be done without the item back.
