PAYMENTS, SHIPPING, AND RETURNS
- All items are sold AS IS. All sales are final. Descriptions
are to the best of our knowledge. We try to write as detailed as possible,
but please ask if we’ve left out a point that’s important to you.
- Anything visible in the pictures is considered a part of the
description. Photograph colors may vary per lighting conditions and/or viewer’s
monitor calibrations.
- NO RETURNS. Please be sure you want this item and purchase
accordingly. eBay’s 30 days policy refers to damages in shipping. We pack
well and have never had an issue. In any case, postage is never refundable.
- BUY IT NOW items require immediate payment at checkout.
- If a BEST OFFER is accepted, payment is appreciated within 1 day.
- If an item is sold at Auction to a Winning Bidder, payment is appreciated within
2 days.
- NON-PAID items will be reported to the marketplace.
- Verified, US-based payment methods only.
- Residents of most states may be subject to the marketplace adding sales tax
in accordance with their policies. The seller does not receive any of the sales
tax.
- Once payment is received, we ship promptly by USPS (FedEx
or UPS as appropriate).
- SHIPPING COSTS are calculated for each item. We list the most
economical shipping class appropriate for each item. This is mostly USPS
Ground Advantage. Postage is auto-calculated. We do not control the USPS rates.
We don’t add extra handling charges.
- We only ship to the address registered with the buyer’s account. No
third-party shipping. Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the address that
will appear on printed labels.
- To combine shipping costs for multiple items, you must request an Invoice
BEFORE you pay. NO partial refunds on shipping charges.
- Items that are sent Priority Mail have only the insurance included by the
USPS.
- Any additional insurance or handling requests must be made prior to the sale and
paid for by the buyer.
- Once a package is turned over for delivery, we
cannot be responsible for mishandling or abusive practices of the delivery
carriers. If a package arrives damaged,
appropriate action may be pursued with the carrier.
- Some items may be listed with the offer of Free Shipping. Any
free options will be the most economical, including the use of Media Mail for
books, DVDs, CDs, VHS tapes, or other qualifying media.
- We pack and ship promptly. Please allow additional time for the
post office to accept the item and put it into the tracking system. If the
purchase is made on weekends or holidays, the item goes out on the next
business day.
- All items ship with tracking information. An item is considered “RECEIVED”
after tracking shows it “DELIVERED”.
- Items ship only within the United States. Sorry, no
APO/FPO. NO International shipping, please.
