Unknown preening, Blackduck. It has a great head carving and glass eyes. The mandibles are carved in an excellent fashion. A great Bill carving. I have tried to have this Decoy identified. But no one knows the Carver many say it’s from New York or Ontario. From the 1920s to 1940s.  if anyone knows who this Carver is, I would appreciate that info. It is a really cool decoy.
