Used Univex commercial mixer attachment. This was used on a 20QT commercial Univex mixer. The model # is unknown. The only information on the attachment is the #1009904H. Not sure which model this attachment will fit in. Please review the measurements and contact if additional measurements are needed. 

This attachment slices vegetables. The attachment has a knob which adjusts the blade for different slicing sizes. Overall in good condition but it does have some staining, scratches, and a little rusting from use. Please review the photos prior to purchasing
