Classic vintage card of the American Icon -- the 1991 Merlin Hulk Hogan ~ graded CSG 5.5!  I'm not sure about the grade, maybe a hint of wax on border, not sure, but it looks a lot better than the grade to me.  See scan.  This is a beauty ...
