Computer will not power on when power button is pressed.

Power supply test button powers the power supply and the light turns green, power,s on the DVD drive and the fans but not the motherboard CPU does not get hot.

Unit is untested has no Ram and is sold as is

Front panel is in acceptable to good condition the rest of the case is in bad aesthetic condition with scratches please inspect pictures.
