EXTREMELY lightly used projector kept in indoor and pristine storage conditions.  Used at a real estate office for just 33 hours of the 4000 estimated hours of bulb life.  Image projection is bright, colorful and gorgeous.  The projector is bright white, clean and free of exterior blemishes -- and it comes with all the toys:  a padded, black, EPSON-branded shoulder carrying case, a VGA port cable, the power cable and the remote control.  A really nice value!  :)
