50 stamps for Art or Crafting - Romania #3115 depicting a Flask & Cups from the Popular Art Series of 1982 - 20 Leu - Purple.  

The dimensions are 28 mm x 34 mm.  These stamps were originally issued as CTOs (Canceled-to-Order).  We acquired them as sheets of 50 that were partially stuck together.  We soaked and floated them apart, pressed them out and dried them in a drying book and they are presented here for consideration for use in Art and/or Crafting.

The stamps pictured with this lot are the actual stamps the buyer will receive, as this is a single lot.  While we do not guarantee these stamps to be 100% fault-free, each packet of 50 has been visually inspected and hand-counted.  Every reasonable effort has been made to remove any faulty and/or undesirable stamps that we saw while counting and sorting.

Domestic and Overseas Shipping Changes:  Please note that due to losses, effective immediately, we are making changes.  First, for shipments going outside the U.S., we will NO LONGER provide untracked, $2.00 economy mailings.  Mailings going outside the U.S. will go through either eBay Global Shipping or Registry, where the buyer will select which service they prefer.  We will still offer combined shipping discounts whenever reasonable and possible.  Since we do not set eBay’s Global Shipping Rates, we suggest buyers contact eBay directly with questions about those costs.  Note: for eBay Global shipping, Domestic rates will still apply.

For U.S. Domestic mail orders under $20, including taxes, we will use the basic eBay label rate $1.32 or less, whichever best applies.  Where these rates cannot be used, U.S.P.S. Media Mail, U.S.P.S. Ground Advantage or the U.S.P.S. Priority Mail Rate will be used.  We will always attempt to use the lowest available rate.  Wherever possible we will always combine shipping to save as much as possible for the buyer.
