A very nice Standard Electric Time Company Round Wood Case Slave clock that has been converted to a Quartz movement to make it a functional, working clock. Slave clock need the program and master clock in order to function as a typical time piece. Converting to quartz provides that functionality. If you desire to convert the clock back to the original movement all of the corresponding pieces will be included. The clock measures approximately 15-1/2" across the back, has a 12" face and a depth of 3-1/2". The battery will be included but will not be installed.
In excellent used condition with no cracks, breaks or damage to the wood case, clock face or the glass lens. The clocks wood case has been painted at some point in its life and does show some wear from handling and storage. The glass lens does have some edge chipping on the bottom edge as shown in the pictures. The clock face is in excellent condition but does have a few very minor paint chips as shown. The clock has been converted to a Quartz movement to make it functional since it does not have the master clock to control it. The original clock mechanism is included as shown. It was tested using 1.5 volts DC and was found to be in working condition meaning the actuator contacted the coils and advanced the minute hand. The clock in the pictures is the clock you will receive so please review the pictures for details, condition, contents and color. The clock will ship the best way with insurance and tracking.
