I am a part time seller and I make an effort to pack things properly (using recycled materials) and mail things quickly. Please understand that at my super busy NYC Post Office they do not scan shipping labels right away, sometimes only days later along the way and it seems that I have not mailed the item but it actually went out. I notify buyers when I intend to mail things and 95 percent of the time I hold to that schedule.
