This is a RARE, working, vintage post-war Lionel Locomotive 027 Adriatic engine made by the Lionel Corp in New York. It is number 2026 with a metal identification plate on the bottom.

Features highly skilled, detailed cast-iron and steel construction, with spoked drive wheels, connecting rods, roller pickups, a workable smoke stack, a working headlight, metal side rods/valve gear, and an ornamental bell on the boiler top.

Operation; AC transformer 18-20V

Condition; solid C-6 to C7 (good to excellent). Complete and original.
