Here is a breathtaking example of a 1960s Omega Constellation in the coveted, highly sought-after “jumbo” case size of 37mm, with 19mm lugs. This larger case was produced for the Japanese market during the mid 1960s and I believe this piece is from 1966.

The case is in beautiful original unpolished condition and the dial is also in gorgeous original condition. The crown is an original Omega that was likely replaced by Omega upon its first servicing, as the original hexagonal crowns were very hard to grip.

This watch was serviced in late 2024 by Manfredi Jewels in Greenwich CT, one of the most respected watch retailers on the east coast - their watchmaker was previously a watchmaker at Omega. The caliber 561 is running absolutely perfectly. They also replaced the crystal with an original Omega crystal and it is mint.

The watch is on a stunning grey leather strap made by Goldammer ($200 value) and it features an elegant taper from 19mm to 14mm. It is one of the softest and most comfortable straps I have ever tried.
