MICHAEL JORDAN - 1990 FULL TICKET - “1st Game Back To #23” - Highest Graded - POP 1 - PSA 8 mk

Hi; thanks for checking out the listing!

Here we have a scarce Michael Jordan Bulls ticket for a very special game: the first game where Michael Jordan returned to his iconic #23 after sporting the #12 for a single game.

Michael Jordan wore number 12 on February 14, 1990, because his iconic number 23 jersey was stolen from the locker room before a game against the Orlando Magic. With no backup available, he wore a nameless jersey provided by the team, scoring 49 points despite the theft.

He immediately returned to wearing #23 in the very next game following the incident, and this is that scarce ticket for Jordan’s return to #23. This is such a fun piece and a great conversation starter- not many people know that Michael wore any numbers other than #23 and later, #45. This one is a piece of NBA history and lore forever.

Only TWO non-proof examples of these “Back To #23 Game” tickets have ever surfaced and been graded. This PSA 8 (mk) is a POP 1 , with exactly ZERO examples ever graded higher. Please see the PSA population report included in the images section.

* Random Note: When watching “The Conjuring” films, keep in mind that Ed Warren was involved sexually with an underage young teen… and Lorraine Warren knew. That’s spookier than “The Nun”, imo.

* Thanks very much for reading; best of luck on bids, offers and buys!
