Hi, thanks for getting in touch, I can confirm that your item was posted as advertised on Thursday 20th November. This usually takes 2-3 working days but can some times take longer in busy periods. Would you be willing to wait a little longer as Royal Mail will not consider a parcel missing until after 10 working days, at which point I can claim for a lost parcel. Please however rest assured that I always refund in full for lost parcels, although this is a rare occurance. So please let me know if the parcel still hasn’t arrived after 10 days.
