Beautiful handmade Luis Jovel black leather riding boots! Mr. Jovel is mostly known for his elaborate western style boots and has designed and made boots for Larry Hagman, Brooke Shields, and other notables. These might very well be vintage. His fancy cowboy boots go for thousands, and these were likely custom-made for several hundred. His output is usually one pair a week!

These have full-length metal Talon zippers, attached adjustable Betula buckle straps up top, and removable Betula buckle straps above the ankles.

These were definitely designed for someone tall and slender! Both foot and calf width are narrow here, and there is no specified size. Please check measurements carefully, as I don't do sizing returns. Widest part at ball of foot measures 3 1/8", length along insole is 10 1/4" to toe tip, leather sole thickness at ball of foot is 1/4", heels are 1 1/4",  shaft height 16 7/8" from top of heel, and calf width is 6" flat across or 12" around. 

These are in great pre-owned condition with some creasing on the uppers, light wear on the soles, some areas of glue darkening around the insoles, and a few tiny marks.  These are sturdy and beautifully made, and I will need to send them in a box their full length so as not to bend them.
