THIS IS NOT WORKING - FOR PARTS ONLY 
I don't know what is its problem, It's just not outputting sound correctly and will go in and out. 
IF You have experience in electronics, this might be a really easy fix like capacitor or something
It was on a boat for 2 or 3 years and was working fine, broke recently
