This is a new import 12V 42MT style starter converted to the drive required for direct electric start replacement of original pony motors and direct electric starters for D4's, D6's, #112 and #12 graders and other units with D4400, D4600, D315 and D318 engines.  It has the correct lever and drive end housing with 11 tooth RH helical drive gear for conversion without interfering with the pony motor installation if you choose to run both.
