Summer watermelon dress:  approximate measurements across chest under arms is 13", from back of neck to hem 26". Soft, stretchy cotton/spandex fabric. Red polka dot bodice with bright green buttons, sleeveless with ruffle, pullover styling, fit and flare.  Skirt has fun watermelon print edged with a watermelon striped ruffle. 

Birthday themed 2-piece shorts set: top measurements across chest under arms is 14", from back of neck to hem 19".  Shorts wide elastic waist is 10.5", inseam 2". Top has It's My Birthday sparkle graphic on white background, sheer short sleeves with polka dots. Cotton/spandex fabric. Shorts has colorful sequins on front only. 2" inseam is short. I've included some photos to help with your decision.
