1. When will my item ship? Items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. If your tracking hasn’t updated, please give it some time — USPS often doesn’t scan packages until they reach their destination hub. If tracking hasn’t updated for several weeks, it’s likely delayed or stuck in a USPS hub. It will usually still arrive, just later than expected. If it appears lost, you can open a “Did Not Receive” case, and I’ll happily issue a refund.

3. What’s your best price? I usually already have the lowest or most competitive price on the market. If your offer gets declined, it likely means that’s the best I can do for that item. I’m much more open to making generous deals for bulk purchases.
