We offer same working day dispatch for orders placed before 2 pm, otherwise Next working day
Postal service/courier delivery service: Next working day to the UK mainland 
Courier deliveries are Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm (Excluding all public holidays)
Courier selection will depend upon the value and/or weight/dimensions of the product
Postage to the following areas incurs additional charges: The Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands
We will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges for any delays in the supply of our products. 
Orders will only be posted to the delivery address entered at checkout. We cannot change the delivery address once the item has been dispatched. For any changes after an order has been placed, contact us before the item is shipped; we may be able to amend the order.

Returns
Unwanted returns are not accepted after the 14-day return period
To qualify for a refund, unwanted products must be:
  • Unopened
  • In a new condition
  • Unused, without installation or Modification
  • In the same condition as supplied to you
  • Complete with any accessories and gifts offered with it
  • With the original box and unopened packaging
Please note that if any of the criteria mentioned above are not met, returns will be subject to a 15% handling charge along with the cost of shipping (if applicable). We will only credit the refund in cases where the return is a result of an error on our part or a defective auto part is supplied. For all other situations, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of return shipping and a 15% handling charge deducted from the refund
We do not accept returns for electrical items that have been used/fitted/modified by the customer unless evidence can be provided that the part is faulty. 
All returns must be sent back with an eBay return slip for us to issue you a refund.
If you change your mind and wish to return your order, you must do so within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery.

Warranty
If an auto part is found to be defective, we shall, at our discretion, provide either a replacement part or a full refund.
All returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase. No reimbursements will be given for the delay, labour, mileage, or any other costs involved in installing or reinstalling the auto parts in question.
The warranty does not cover parts installed for an incorrect application. Warranty and shipping-related claims may require authentication. Do not dispose of parts until instructed.
