Size" 13"×13"is not a prefect square bigger than 13" in places

Antique shop find. Exact age unknown.  The painting g is on a fabric that has a hand stitched seam on the left side.  There is some tears curling on edges-see pictures.  The front and back have staining-see pictures. Item is old with surface wearing from age and use.  Please see pictures for overall condition and feel free to ask questions.
